Who Cares? Sessions January 20 - January 23 Online

In the Who Cares?* program, artists participating in the exhibition To Mind Is To Care will talk with authors who have contributed to the eponymous book, the exhibition's curator, and others.

Through in-depth conversations about the works and performative contributions by the artists, Who Cares? will reflect on the various forms of taking care that are investigated in the exhibition. What do they have in common, and how do they differ?

The discussions will be moderated by Florian Weigl, the exhibition's curator. All events will take place online.

*The Who Cares? sessions are part of V2_'s investigation into the idea of care and will take place in conjunction with the exhibition To Mind Is To Care.

Planning

Session I - Wednesday 20/1
In Who Cares? with Nathalie Gebert, the artist will talk to Jeanette Pols about the aesthetic value of care.

Session II - Thursday 21/1
In Who Cares? with Driessens & Verstappen, the artist duo will talk to Sjoerd Tuinman about creating living materials.

Session III - Friday 22/1
Who Cares? with Ana Maria Gomez Lopez & t.b.a.

Session IV/Finissage - Saturday 23/1
The final Who Cares? will feature We Make Carpets and will take place during the exhibition's finissage. The collective will talk to art historian Frederiek Bennema about setting parameters in artistic processes.

The evenings start at 19:30h. A combiticket costs 11 EURO, single tickets cost 4 EUR.
