Squish is finally launching its first big event: a (corona approved) club night involving an art exhibition, art and dance performances. 

Schedule (in order of times)
-Our first party and expo begins at 20:30 and ends at 22:00 – – optional guided exhibition tour from 22:00 – 22:15!
-The second party and expo starts at 23:00 and ends at 01:00 – – optional guided exhibition tour from 22:45-23:00!
Be sure to be present 15 minutes before the opening for each!

But what is Squish?
It is a young organisation, currently run by two queer artists who want to support their community, creating safer recreative/gathering spaces while communicating on the political meaning of sexual and gender minorities. We believe that our emancipation comes from tightening links between peers and being activist in a more public way. We believe that queer activism must be intersectional and feminist, yet fighting and deconstructing all oppressive systems. Besides making our voices louder, we aim to support our peers by offering them a platform to express themselves and recognizing their work by always paying them. On the 28th of August, we invite you to WORM Rotterdam for two events:

Both are parties: held in a special exhibition space in WORM Central Station. You can “walk through the artworks”, accompanied by one of the organizers. The first party focuses on arts-related performances and the second focuses on dance-related performances. Lin Tonic soundtracks the first party and Nala Brown the second. We also have two extra short exhibition tours between the events.
